I found a better item sequence to work for trundle and updated it. Please give a shot and let me know how it goes.

I agree with the buff duration points, as far as the wriggles and the madreds, the wriggles is used early game to pretty much make you be able to stay out forever until you find it nesc to buy items, and madreds are madreds i suggest them for any ad character yes the minion proc for both is pretty much pointless but the other stats on the madreds are completely worth it in my opinion

To be honest, the items have little synergy with each other. You take Madred's and Wriggle's Lantern, which to me is unnecessary. You get the Brutalizer at the end but you have little attack damage to exploit it, instead doing more from the magic damage through Madred's. You've also got very little tanking ability since you forgo Mercury Treads for Berserker's Greaves. In addition, you jungle but don't take the 30% extended buff duration mastery.

Please any suggestions let me know. And if any clarity is needed don't hesitate to ask when I get some time I will update and add items for situations.
