Hello and welcome in my first guide. Tryndamere aka Massacre is mainly build not guide because my english is on basic skill. I have much experience to play as Tryndamere and this is my main build(propably never ended with minus k/d radio). So lets go!

I suggestFlash +Exhaust, [flash[ is in my opinion most useful spell in this game, you can use it for chase and escape. Exhaust is not definitly second best spell but is my favority, like as flash you can use it for chase when you W skill dont work and for escape to slowdown enemies.

Other good spell isCleanse, removes all debuffs from your champion and help you to escape and stay alive. But good alternative for Cleanse(when your enemies have much stuns) isQuicksilver Sash.
Ghost is good alternative for Flash, is better for chase and worse for escape. But is good spell for tryndamere too because tryndamere has a E skill which work like flash.

Q > E > W(need 1 point in early game)

Why Q > E?
Primary damage from Tryndamere is normal attack(right click) E is using like Flash, for chase or escape not for deal some very big damage, while Q is useful skill, you can heal yourself in the lane without recall, helps to save you life when you use ultimate skill in turret range for example.

Why W is last?
Because in my build i suggests Exhaust skill and this is your mainly slowdown skill not a W.

For first item buyBrawlers Gloves this item is most useful item for early game because very helps for get first blood(much larger damage).

Make next recall when you got 920gold and 6 level, buyBerserkers Greaves, next if you got 1200~ gold and recall for completeZeal.

Next start to make Inifity Edger fromB.F. Sword, next buyCloak of Agility for increase your critical damage chances.

Next time buyVampiric Scepter for get some life steal, what really helps in critical moment, when you use ultimate etc.

Next step is completePhantom Dancer andThe Bloodthirster last two items is your choice, if your enemies have much armor buy first The Black Cleaver if not Yooumu's Ghostblade.
