Spells:

Flash

Ignite

Ability Order

Tryndamere Passive Ability

Summoner Spells

Classic Flash/Ignite. You may use exhaust for the extra slow depending on your teams spells.

Skill Sequence

You want to max bloodlust first. The lane sustainability is incredible obviously. You honestly don't use your spinning slash unless you want to catch up or get away. Spinning slash is NOT worth maxing first at all!

Runes

I don't recommend going full crit runes with Tryndamere at all.

Farming

You want to farm as much as possible with tryn. While farming, try to basic attack your lane enemy while near full rage. DO NOT waste your rage if a minion wave is coming and you're missing health, wait until you finish off the wave if you're alone in lane.
