You have no way to be viable in the jungle. Jungles should have at least 1 of the neutral monster buff masteries, and much more in the defense tree if you plan on taking more than 5 hits. Also, he's not fast enough in the jungle to not get countered hard.
He also has no way to mitigate damage: Shaco, Teemo
I've seen people try TF in jungle, and it fails hard.
You're also not even using Jungle-oriented runes OR masteries. If you somehow get success, it can't be equal to a normal jungler.
