this guide is for pve only so this is most def not for you if u plan to pvp with it.
the build itself with make u extremely weak vs pvpers and they can gank u pretty quick

now that this has been stated,

if enyone can i would like some feedback on this build so that i can improve this guide and help others with it aswell. i am atm goes for a mass speed attack character because his spells make it worth a shot on this play style.
basically i went for mass burst damage and add-on damage so by mid game i will have a extra 64 damage per attack for mass burn my spells alone will help deal 155+ damage and either slow stun or hell a huge burst and mana regen with pick a card. so far its been working but i wanna improve its effectiveness with some help from the community.

just some notes on this build
low health- at start till u get the warmogs u will have roughly 450h begin by time warmogs comes in u should have around 1000-1600hp from lvls
attack speed+ no comment needed
lots of burst+ all the items and spells to CC
money intensive- the items required can cost a good amount
ganking from team-/+? you can basically own enything but ppl will get mad at you alot with this build for nearly grabbing all kills w/o controll of battle.
requires the ability to know when to run and attack- early game if u should choose to go with my build on abilities u will need to hit 3 times on NPCs or champs if they r being dumb and aim shot that 4th attack every time. [or close to] while knowing when they are about to cast or move toward u to run and keep health up as much as you can.
