1. Your runes. Well let me see marks and quints look good. Seals...no there are alot better seal choices. Like vitalilty perhaps due to the fact you will go squish the momment the enemy team looks at you. Next your glyphs I can think of better choices like maybe some magic resist glyphs this way their mage won't kill you with one spell.
2. Your items: Vampric scepter that gives you with a starting 400 health at the start of the game. Not bad right? No switch it for the Doran's Blade. +100 health, +10 AD, which stacks with his W, and it will make last hitting easier. You will also be able to stay in the lane longer because of that extra 100 health, which makes up for having to constantly go back because your afraid of death if you stay and try to heal off minions. Oh and if they are smart they will catch on to it that you're trying to gain life back, and hurt you more.
Now IE as the third item on TF? He isn't ashe my friend you don't have the range or the kiting abillity for that matter. If they see you do that damage they will make sure you are dead before you can deal out too much damage in teamfights.
Now before I get further into that point, I must point this out. The black cleaver is better than the Last Whisper for autoattack champions, and that is what AD TF is.
Now there is one more thing wrong with this build you go squish really easily. Yes I knwo you have lifesteal from a bloodthrister. Well that requires you to attack things, and not get stun locked, knocked up, and acutally be ignored. Guess what no smart enemy is about to let you do that! They will kill you in about..7 seconds after the teamfight starts. So maybe trade out a Phantom Dancer for some surviabillity.
Masteries: So I imagine you wanted to put three points in deadliness, instead of archmage savvy since you are AD after all?
