But i do agree with you and will probably change it today.
Also if charge does less damage the ult will do more damage if you use it right after the charge
Your build is pretty good.
I just don't like the idea of not picking "battle cry" until the very end. In my opinion you should change "battle cry" with "charge". Charge is pretty much only used for getting quick to your target or get away charging to a minion.
