Lord sphere is a troll. Ghostblade is severely gimped on Urgot... He's not a melee auto attack champion, so its active is much less useful. Frozen mallet is also an item that's not utilized well on urgot- it's exactly like getting it on ashe. Low damage, very, very expensive, when you already have a very long slow. 30% slow isn't wort it when you already have so much AD. I like the Stark's fervor, but Bloodthirster is more geared towards snowball champions who can carry early game success into late game and be invincible- something that urgot can't really do. He can support and anti-carry like a boss, but carrying doesn't really happen. Your average urgot player can't carry success to late game. So the bloodthirster isn't that good of a choice for a "weak" late game damage.
