So at the beginning you just want to kill minions and attack with basic attack when ever u can to enemy champions. Sometimes use Piercing Arrow to just scare them away. Dont use skills to much at beginning (unless you are in a team fight) because at early game Varus eats up a lot of mana using his skills. With this build you will be able to kill multiple enemy champions and survive because of the LS in combo with AS and AD! You will become very powerful fast and you will DOMINATE them! Just don't be stupid and go Rembo under turret with half life to kill full hp tank (I know you will want to!) =P
