This is just showcasing how I build my Vayne,
This style of Vayne maximizes the damage from her W and Q.

Her E Skill should only be used as an escape mechanism or stun, therefore I don't level it until later on.


I use armor pen reds for extra damage, Attack speed yellows and Mana regen per level blues.
For extra damage, the attack speed helps the W proc way more earlier on. The mana regen just helps staying in lane.

Your priority should be getting the last hits on the minion kills, while tumbling in and shooting the enemy as a means of harassment. Once you do that you should retreat behind your minions and keep last hitting.

Try to rush sheen as quickly as possible, because it will help with the tumble harassment.
If you get die before you get the money for sheen or you need to back before you have it.
Get the booties, it will help you harass better with your Q early game. Keep the rest of the gold for sheen, then finish up the boots with berzerker greaves / Merc treads of the other team has a lot of stuns.

Lastly Vayne is extremely squishy, especially with this build. Try to optimize the use of your exhaust to lessen the damage at early on ganks. Vayne's passive makes exhaust incredibly useful.
