If u dont want to play vayne with reduction DONT GO WITH THIS BUILD. Use the godlike build of vayne found in another build! The whole thing is Vayne being constantly stealth in her ulti.

First of all, i would like to tell you that this build is targeting to achieve permanent stealth in ulti. Core items here are ghostblade, ionian, and the dancer. As long as u have the runes i told you with these items u go 40% ccs reduction.

Runes of desolation give you early armor penetration so that u cna harass them and celerity and focus grant you cooldowns!

Therefore, the item build, mastery tree and rune page grant you at 18 lvl
