This is my take on a creative Veigar build. After playing Veigar I spent a lot of time thinking about how to make a build that that has great synergy with his skills and this is what I came up with. You may have noticed that this build has three kage's lucky picks. While these items do not give the most AP early game, Veigar has the unique ability to build his AP without the use of items. In short Veigars this allows Veigar to get away with buying three picks and those picks allow him the gold to complete the build as fast as possible so he can carry the game.
