I remade a build I really liked and used but was somewhat complex so I made it simple for noobs or people like me who don't need long explanation of why Veigar is awesome you should know that by default silly!

Basically early game Veigar is the hardest working character but no worries it pays off in the end! What you want to do is if possible take a solo lane to make your life easier and cause you to faceroll everything from champions and minions to possibly that threatening puddle of water. (At least we hope water could be what's left of Annie Bot after that nuke.) So your basic plan is to wait and last hit minions, this takes careful planning so wait untill the are maybe at 10% health left but don' worry later game you can just one hit wonder them. Doing this gives 1 AP and that seems like WTFtastic but endgame it adds up incredibly.

This is Veigar's omfg my creepy uncle never hit me that hard! You want to cast and plan this before using Event Horizon to make sure they're trapped. This can take out entire waves of minions if placed right so it is also a good lane clearer. Please note this is a DELAYED SKILL so it won't just kaboom on cast.

Any Champion - Hey remember when my character could move?
Other Champion - Ya, what happened?
Veigar - Hehe KABOOM! Remember when you had body parts?

This skit shows what this skill does almost. Event Horizon is a enter/exit stun which will trap anything including minions in your already coming Dark Matter. This can stall the next wave of minions coming to kill your minions while on a tower so it is again a good lane skill.

First time I discovered the full potential of this skill was when I broke out laughing while a poor Annie Bot at 85% health instantly exploded while trapped in a giant stun and minion attacks. Basically this is a I'm gonna kill it and kill it some more. Only use this if they are at roughly 60-70% HP.
