I don´t actually agree with you there Laggermeister. but i will look into that more.

But actually on my build here she is still strong just auto attacking. escpecially after Wit's End! She is a nice bruiser. Attackspeed is the key here. because every 3 hit is nice damage! and because of Frozen mallet you got much health aswell so you can stay in the mess much longer for your team to take down the enemy.

Denting Blows
"PASSIVE: Every 3rd attack on the same target deals additional physical damage equal to a percentage of the target's maximum health,reduces target's armor by 20%, and grants Vi bonus attack speed for 4 seconds. Denting Blows deals a maximum of 300 damage against minions and monsters."

Vi's most important con - she has weak teamfight presence, especially mid game. She is #1 at jumping on the enemy AD carry and taking him out of the fight, but she doesn't do much once all her skills are on cooldown.

As a LoL community guide writer, I love your second chapter, it is so true :D

Though, there are some things that could improve :P

Like:
- Adding more Cons, I am sure Vi has more than just 1 downside :P
- Add alternative summoner spells (like ghost, exhaust and stuff)
- Add more champions to the 1v1 section :P
- Explain the abilities of Vi
- Last but not least, add a conclusion, to thank the readers and stuff :D

Also: Your spells chapter, seems a bit out of place, I would put it in from of the items chapter instead of behind it.
