i am going today(in your day actually)show my first build about vi.LETS START!

PROS
she has a very good late game
she has natural flash
she has natural shield
she has a very fast wave cleaner
really nice graphics
she is like a jarvan's wife

CONS
She has a difficult early game
she is melee champ so she gets easy kited
long cooldowns
not good first skin(in my opinion)
ugly face( and this with my opinion)

the gluphs of armor will give us a good lane sustain in top as the most tops are ad.also ad glyphs doesnt give any significant damage.Also i build a lot of armor because the most damage from the game is attack damage and vi needs to do not fall in long period battles and kill the last (almost dead) enemy champs.

Creeping is a easy job for vi thanks to her E so follow my ability upgrades to a balanced gameplay and a very good farm.

Because has a natural flash it would be waste(in my opinion) to get a flash.so i think that the best spells for solo top Vi is an exhaust(it just makes u 1vs1 winner)and a ignite( so do to not leave the lucker alive)

the Vi is a champion tha is very cooperative.tell your jungler to gank your lane every 3 minutes( so do get levels from farm) and gank your lane for easy early kills and early tower kill.ITS IMPORTANT to destroy your tower early so to make many ganks mid with your Q.With teamwork Vi can make devastating combos
