Start at gromp or krugs, depending on which side your adc is on for a good leash. Smite it for the buff, then head to wolves. After wolves make your way to red buff and your next smite should be ready, use it towards the end to get the health back. Go to either krugs or gromp, depending on where you started, then head to blue buff. you should still be able to take raptors if you got a decent leash, so do that, then B. buy the smite upgrade and 2 longswords, and 2 health potions if possible. Take dragon at level 4 or 5, you can solo it unless youre against a warwick, in which case ward it in case he tries to take it. Warwick can take very early dragons as well. After dragon or warding dragon, gank a lane. I like to gank top lane and give them the edge, because after that, most top laners can snowball into lane domination which will be helpful late game in team fights.

Farming your jungle is always nice, but farming champions is much nicer. If your laner is behind, its nice to let them have the kill, but otherwise you can pretty much feel free to take the kill for yourself. Sometimes Vi builds as a tanky engage, but this particular setup turns her into a bit more of a DPS chaser. Her Q is great for gapclosing, even if you don't land it, because your ult will be there if needed. If the laner is there, feel free to dive. Vi excels at diving under towers and getting out without dying, so feel free if you're at full HP.
