Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
You should have transfusion first, also you should also take middle/center lane.
Wait for the minions at your turret, when ingaging the enemy, HARASS with your transfusion, use it on the enemy champion as much as possible (try it without taking much damage) and also last hit as MANY minions as possible(with transfuse), it'll get you more gold.
When you Reach around lvl 7-13 gank as many times as needed or wanted, you need the extra gold, plus you need stacks in mejais early game, if thit item don't work for you can use any other health/ap item there is.
Ignite, because you can get early kills in early game, if you know what your doing.
Ghost: Use this before your pool (Sanguine Pool) so, you'll usually get away most of the time.
Clarity: One thing you should know is that Vlad DON'T need clarity which I guess you already know that
Heal: Vlad already heals enough with Spirit Visage
And all the other summoner spells? forget them. lol
Void Staff: Well, extra ap of course. Plus you might need it to for magic penetration.
Will Of Ancients: You'll get more healing for your transfusion, also reduce cool downs.
Death Fire Grasp:Deals 35% of Enemy's Health as Magic Damage and an additional 3.5% per 100 AP as well as granting moderate cooldown reduction. Reduced Cooldowns are a plus, but the massive spike damage that this deals can really help out against tanks. Working off of percentages it can drop even a built Cho'gath a good 50%. (1 Minute Cooldown). (Grab this if the enemy has a high health tank carry with little magic resist or an easily squished high dps champion.)
1. In the early game(9-13) don't be afraid to turret dive, you shouldn't die if you know what your doing. Use your pool to go in or our of the turret, like if they're low go in using ghost then your pool you'll slow them down, then you can ult them and use transfusion and ignite to assure the kill (Thats if needed of course)
2. I know I said go in sometimes with the pool, but don't always do that, you can save for it for extra damage or also you might need it to get away.
3.G-A-N-K, Vladimir is an awesome Ganker, if your teammates are good, no one should get away.
4.If you have rylais and someone is catching up to use your transfusion and run again, you should get away.
5. Your ult has a pretty good range, if they're low in early game at their turrent use it, if they're low enough, and you should get a kill, you can also ignite if you aren't sure about getting the kill.
I HOPE I AT LEAST HELPED YOU SOME IN PLAYING VLAD. Thanks and tell me how I did.
