This is one build im playing the last days and it seems to work quite good. There is a mistake in the description about the maximum life it says 1930 but the real number is 3084 as some of the items increase it in combintation with the ability power.
One drain is enough to kill a mob and the tides of blood skill can take out a whole squad of mobs and earn you good money.
As a mage Vladimir i suggest use the range of his abilities always behind other melee champions or preferably tanks.
One coordinated assault using the Hemoplague and then the rest of the skills with cause serious damage and probably kill most of enemies and if not it will cause them to run to safety to avoid death.
