You shouldnt buy mejais Soulstealer if you have 1/5/0 in score then you should buy hextech Gunblade or spellblade. Follow My build if you want but dont buy thinks in just My oder, if you feel like the othe team dosent do that much damage you can buy switch places om Rabadon's insteed of Rylias Crystal Scepter. In my build its quite importent that you go mid beacuse you want to level up as quick as possible to level 9, beacuse your transfuision will only have 2 sec cooldown then. In level 9 you should try to gank people to get stacks on the mejais soulstealer. Vladimir is a weak champion in level 1 in my opinion so take it easy and just last hit minions. When you reach level 2 you can start push if you feel for it, beacuse its nearly impossible to kill you if you use sanguine pool+flash. You can start to harass your opponent at level 5 (transfusion level 3)so that when you reach level 6 you can finish her/him of with hemoplauge+transfuisions+sanguine pool+tides of blood. At level 9 you can start to gank if you like to get some stacks on mejais or you can stay in lane and farm the hell out of your opponents, if your skilled you should reach 130-150 minion kills 15 min into the game. If your opponents leave you alone in a lane you will get over farmed and they don't want that to happen. start gank at level 9 or 11 beacuse of hemoplague level 2

Mid game is the time were Vladimir shines like a star and gets all his stacks, so start gank at level 11. Make sure that you don't die in the beginning of a team fight beacuse you will need stacks, So if you have your 20 stacks on mejais its impossible to kill you 1v1 but be carefull of going into a 1v3 battle beacuse they might kill you if they are not one of the weak champions that you can 2 shot then its ok.

The thing Vladimir does best is to farm =). there is 2 ways of farming with Vladimir:

Nr 1: You let the opponents minion push and last hit them with transfuision if they're going to die and make sure your minions dont push you= kill when necessary and the lane will stand still.

Nr 2: You want to make your minions attack you opponents turret, then you place yourself in the middle of the minion and do tides of blood+sanguine pool this works when sanguine pool is at rank 5. Then you and your team mates can push towers more quickly.
