I like to play Vladimir. Then i play vladimir i wanna to have much more ap i can have, BUT dont forget about survivality.

I think in league of legends runes help peoples in early game. that why Hp Quints, Ap glyphs and seals, and magic penetration marks.

I have 10/20/0 masteries beacose that way vladimir have more survivality and damage.

Of course Transfusion is first skil we need to learn. After lvl 9 we have 3 secondes cd on it and have pretty much damage. I wish to learn Tides of Blood second beacose with Will of Ancients we have good heal in team fight and good damage. We need pool only on lvl 1. i dont see any sence to lvl up it earlyes than tides of blood.

This item build have ap, spellvamp and hp. in late game we have a enought hp to dont die in team fights have good spell vamp buff for team and many of slows. i think on vladimir this build looks perfectly.

Ghost\Ignite best spels for vladimir. With Ghost we can run away if we need and get a running away kill. ignite have more dps and with masteries on ignit more ap. More ap=More dps= Profit.
