Vlad's power tank/mage combo
Awesome build, this is almost exzactly how I play vlad, except I take flash over ignite because it allows vlad to turret dive, drop his ult and get out of harms way without dying, and in team battles Vlad can initiate then flash behind his DPS'ers and tanks.
