CONTEXT
Volibear is a tank that, although it does not build damage items and is completely focused on the defense, continues to do a lot of damage (similar to hecarim in that case) that is why I recommend taking Volibear with at least only one damage item and thanks to its passive It's great for clearing minion waves, jungle camps, and dealing damage in team fights.
