Sorry but I cannot say anything positive about this guide. Your Runes are suboptimal because you just make use of Armor. Besides, your skill sequence is incorrect because you cannot max an ability at level 8. You miss one point in the masteries and any kind of 9/21/0 masteries would be better than the actual one. is just a situational item and your cheat sheet is overall nearly empty because you don't give information about many possible alternatives etc.
Tbh I didn't read the guide but I saw it doesn't contain BBCoding (Basisc about BBCoding here) and I saw many things which aren't part of a factual text.
