alright. this is my first guide ever, but i am confident this guide is one of the BEST volibear guides out there. this guide is primarily about countering ad champions like Darius, but it can be tweaked to counter ap carries like viegar or even diana! please do not downvote because you have made your own guide, downvotes hurt.

pros:
can flip people behind him
franzy gives attack speed buff
is a ******* bear
his passive allows him to play aggressively even when on low health
cons:
cant really be super powerful until level 2 so getting first blood is usually not possible
long cooldown on frenzy

now i think this build fits volibear very well against alot of ad carries but against champions that are ap you might want to substitute the thornmail for a force of nature for the mr. the maw of malmortious will also help with that.

this is not a jungling build or guide but he is extreemly good as a jungler considering he can have extreemly high atttack speed for a tank and fear minions/monsters with his abilities. so this could be a legitimate option for how to play him.

dont try and waste mana when doing this! just keep last hitting and using your e which fears minions. this is the key to accomplishing this build fully.

i would always take a heal and a ignite for finishing off kills and because this heal plus volis passive is way op
