i think a little rework to your runes would be a good idea, and i dont think last whisper is necessarily needed if your getting the black cleaver, one or the other imo. As far as cooldown reduction goes, sure its need and useful, but not to the point you need to split up your runes the way you do. An item here and there, golem buff "since your jungling", and elixir of brilliance is all you really need imo
