OK as i am a must comment on WW builds, here goes:

Ignite as summoer spell? Why?

Items: Good standard jungling items.

Runes... well mana per lvl... i will object this srsly.

Skill order: ok but i would suggest swapping the HS for HC as 1st spell.

Materies ok. Depends what you like that little movement speed vs cdr, you picked the 1st ver. OK.

desc:

"I use mana per level because early and late game you are very mana depended and if you have no mana you are basically begging to die"
Mana dependant? naaaaaaaaah... how long it takes you to get blue buff later ingame? 5 sec?

Rest is ok. :)

Just get that 6th item there, not like you gonan be the one that buys wards, pots and so on...

from my experience jungling as ww, i dont think i would be able to last that long before going back to base and picking up at least just the razors, and maybe boots or a sceptor, to make the jungling a little faster or at least easier. also your jungling guide is a bit confusing, the wolf/gollem spawn is underneath the blue golem if you are on the blue team, i dont know if english isnt your first language......but there and their different made that a little confusing.
item/rune/mastery tree looks good, although i noticed you only have 5 end items, unless you keep a space open for potions or wards
