This build is mostly armor penetration and lots of AD. When playing twitch i suggest you go mid and then help gank every lane easly and then you get more stacks on your sword of the occult and your even more faster so pretty much this build is about a very fast twitch with lots of damage . As twitch ALWAYS attack last otherwise the whole enemy team will notice you and focus you down to no health in seconds. Your most simple attacking tactic is ulti, shoot , shoot stack your poison ,slow them and then expunge. Also if you get all the required items in the build then mabey sell your sword of the occult and get something for defense.
