And tbh high ELO is not always equal to summoner lvl.
There are ppl in top 500 with lower than 30 lvl (i've seen at least one with 21 lvl)
I'm just saying...
PS: if it doesn't work in high ELO, then why Summoner abilities, Runes and Masteries taht high up?
