This is not a pure burst Annie build at all. I made this build so you don't die... as fast. If your opponents cannot get to you then you don't need all this health. But, if your opponent has ghost/flash/slow/stun/ any other cc you need health. Annie does not have high ap conversions like malzahar, so ap isn't as great with Annie. There are glass cannon guides for Annie... but no tanky ones. You can also get a use out of your shield end game. Do not down vote this guide because it is not main stream. You know you wana be a off tank as Annie.

You don't need cool down reduction in my opinion. Defense tree is where its at for ranked and stuff. So deal with it. You are a off tank remember? Also you should have a lot of health regen end game.

I bought these items to be tanky and have ap. These are all the tanky mage like items that I could find. Your core item is rod of ages. Sell the dorans ring end game... if you get that far for deathfire grasp or w/e else you feel like really. Just rylias is good, so is rod of ages, then you should get banshie. UNLESS OTHER TEAM DOES USE AP AT ALL. But they usually do so get it. Last few items are for ap and end game when you get there. They are generally interchangeable with w/e you feel like.
