Introduction

Wukong is considered as weak and underpowered champion. I think it's not the case because this champion can be helpful in teamfights, he has some nice skills, not useless at all.

After playing a lot of games with him, I decided to write my first guide. I hope you guys will enjoy it because I did my best to make it more than decent.

How to start?

I generally start with a doran's blade and I go with a partner (bot lane). I think you need at first to focus on sbires farm and of course, if the opportunity comes to you, harass your ennemies. A good wukong is a guy that can hold the control of the lane, farming and harassing correctly.

As soon as you can, rush Sheen, that will help you a lot to farm and harass the ennemies with his Q which will deal decent dammages at early game.

I like to increase the level of the E before the rest.

Mid game/Late game

I hope you farmed enough to rush sheen/warmog/atma. There start the real fun: u gotta focus A LOT on the ulti of the ennemies by canceling malza's ult, kata, etc... with your ult. BUT u can also engage with it to help your team mates to place their zone skills. It's VERY important to use your ulti correctly, with wukong's passive, items and runes I set, you'll be resistant enough to stay alive for some time.

Never forget to use your W if u think u can't hold a team fight.

About items, once you got the core items I advice, you have to get more resist/more dps depending on what your team need and your opponents.

Masteries

0/9/21 because I like to put dodge runes with those masteries, it helps you a lot in early game by dodging sbires attacks and gaining speed. Mid/late game it may save you too! You get a good speed, some mana regen and skills regen, it's just much more interesting than the offensive masteries in my opinion.

Runes

Ya, armor pen for dealing cool dammages with every of your skills. I don't play Wukong with attack speed, this champion has NO ADVANTAGE playing with it... I use a lot my skills combo.

Dodge runes for the reasons explained before.

Magic resist runes because it helps a lot in early game if you have to solo a lane or even with a partner.

Summoner spells

Ghost and flash can help you to place your ulti in the best conditions. It may also help you to don't die or to kill easily.
