Well in many cases as Wukong, if you farm him properly you can hit extremely fast, which adds up in damage early game. From there you can get the BF Sword for more damage. Its how you use the character so Damage before AS is their choice.

I would build some damage on, the AS is nice BUT maxing out your AS early while you have no damage won't get you that far especially on someone who scales well with damage like Wukong and has a free AS steroid on his E. You could opt for trinity force over PD which would give you the stats you generally seem to like as well as a good amount of early burst damage.

The build is perfect i did 2 games with this build and got a pentakill and a quadra kill.
