Well, this is divided into two parts to start build Wukong, the first would be to start from an ad, or any champ as Nasus Olaf Jax, etc. the second would be to start against champs like Cho'Gath Kennen, etc.
This depends on how the game goes, if you are normal, atmog recommended, if there is a carry ad fed, get Sunfire Aegis or Randuin's Omen (I recommend this, by the active, which is well combined with Cyclone) and thus vary the game, same for ap carrys with Force of Nature or things like that.
The start items:
Item Sequence
Health Potion
50

or against AP champs:

The skill sequence I use is nearly identical to most Wukong builds, with the exception of my first five levels. My first point always goes to Nimbus Strike for the bush-gank and for minion killing afterwards.
Then I get Crushing Blow so I can start hitting champions hard enough to count. Once you hit level three, you can get Warrior Trickster. Warrior Trickster isn't necessary at the start of the game, however after you put a point in it, it is your most unique and versatile skill.
At level four we put another point into Crushing Blow. at this point you might get some remarks from the enemy team about how lucky all of your "Criticals" are.
Finally, for level five, we put another point in Nimbus Strike, and at six, a point in Cyclone.
Now you will alternate between Crushing Blow and Nimbus Strike, getting points in your ultimate whenever possible, until both skills are maxed.
Warrior Trickster will not be upgraded again until level fourteen.
