Introduction

Hello, this is my first build/guide, and I wanted to do it on my favorite AD/Fighter Wu Kong. This is probably a common build, but I just felt like making it for the fun of it. Wu Kong is a champion that is fun to play, strong, and very easy with a stealth for an easy get away, an ultimate that sends people in the air and crushes them each second. Please take your time and rate this guide.

Runes

I grab Armor Pen. Marks to make Crushing Blow (Q) Penetrate their armor to do more damage, and Crushing Blow already lowers their armor. I grab Armor seals because in team fights, you'll have to flash in and ult to do more damage, and you will be taking damage as you do that. I grab Magic resist glyphs because again, you'll be flashing into teamfights and ulting. I grab Health Quintessences for the bonus HP, which is helpful.

Masteries

I take a 21/8/1 mastery tree, with ghost in the utility, armor and magic resist in the defense tree, and basic AD masteries in the offensive tree.

Items

I purchase a doran's blade first for the damage and health. Whenever you have to recall, buy boots of speed and maybe a few potions if you can. If you have enough when you first recall, go straight for Mercury Treads. Afterwards, grab a sapphire crystal, buy sheen if you can, and start building into a trinity force. The sheen passive works great with crushing blow. I grab a frozen mallet for the health and slow, but this is optional since the trinity has a chance to slow. I then build into a warmorgs and atmas impaler. It doesnt matter which order you buy these two in. If you don't want to grab a frozen mallet, you can switch it for a Yommuus Ghostblade. It's active helps you catch up with running enemies when ghost/flash are on cd.

Skill Sequence

I rank Nimbus Strike first (E) since it's a faster cd than crushing blow, and it attacks multiple enemies. I grab Crushing blow second(Q) to last hit minions, hurt enemies, and damage towers. I grab one rank in Decoy (W) just in case you have to make a quick escape. I take turns with Crushing Blow and Nimbus Strike since they work well together. Cyclone (R) is simple, grab at 6, 11, and 16. A good combo to harass is Nimbus strike, crushing blow, and decoy to get away easily. I usually activate Crushing blow before I Nimbus strike so I don't have to click it right when I get up to them. Your ult should be saved for teamfights, getaways, or just to get a quick and easy kill.

Summoner Spells.

This is really up to you. But Flash is really important to catch up or runaway from enemies. Flash is important in teamfights, since you flash in and start Spinning with your ultimate to start the teamfights. Ghost is just another way of chasing or getting away. In place of ghost, you can take ignite to last hit enemies or prevent sneaky sorakas from healing. You can always take exhaust to prevent enemies from getting away or use it when 1v1ing an enemy.
