Wukong is pretty squishy that's why i put health runes on him. I don't recommend it. The runes I put up are just what i like to use.

Doran's blade is proabably the best item to start off with for Wukong. An alternative could be cloth armor since Wukong lacks armor. You probably won't need it if you're using armor runes. Also try using sheen(see skill sequence)

Don't focus too much on Decoy. The duration of it doesnt change at all. Only the damage changes. You're mostly going to use it to run away. Your main abilities are crushing blow and nimbus strike. You're going to play like Jax with these 2 abilities. Activate crushing blow before you do Nimbus strike on a champ then Decoy. This is probably the best way to harass. To initiate just activate your ult after. Sheen is really good with the Q+E. Nimbus strike does most of the damage and crushing blow does even more with Sheen activated.

Using exhaust can help you with your ult if your enemy keeps running away before you activate it. It will also keep the enemy in range. Only use exhaust if your laning partner or teammates don't have it.

I don't recommend initiating since Wukong is kind of squishy, but when there's no one else around nimbus strike in, ult, and hope your team doesn't watch you die. It happens, just make sure you tell them before you do this.
