To reach your ultimate goal (and spiritual high for those who play this game religiously),
You must abide to the following said rules.

Failure to do so will not only lead you to your defeat,
but also have your whole team cursing you for eternity
and you will be asked to share with the world,
if you are in fact, a thirty year old virgin.


The Rules

1. You must lane with a partner, or take solo MID (only if you are the only ranged carry).

2. You must NEVER take top lane for a solo lane.

3. You must NEVER spam Ambush in the early phase of the game.

4. You will NEVER initiate a team fight.

5. You MUST check for frequent MIA's and pay close attention to your minimap.

6. You MUST use the Gangster Twitch skin.

7. You MUST STEAL your teammates last hits.

Pros:

Insane amounts of damage.
Crazy DPS
Can 1v1 most champion.
Stealth
Great scout

Cons:

CC = DEATH
ORACLE = DEATH
INITIATE = DEATH
DEATH

Critical Chance Marks and Quints are inplemented over ArPen Marks.
This is solely due to the fact that,
You will be doing insane amounts of damage with extraordinary speed.

You will have close to 90% Crit chance which will allow you to hit a crit almost every attack.
This will do more damage over time vs 25 armor pen.


Attack speed seals are used, to help with early game last hits.


Magic Resist glyphs are used for early lane harass against mages.


NOTES:
For this build, Early game is the most important part of the game. You must last hit like a madman. You must STEAL your teammates last hits. To help with this, Attack speed seals and Magic Resist glyphs are used to help with your early lane phase.

Your goal:
To last hit.

Your ultimate goal:
To purchase Infinity Edge as soon as possible.

There were times where I had first blood or even perhaps couple kills.
Which sometimes led me to rush IE without upgrading tier 2 boots.

You must not waste time ganking other lanes.
You have a jungler for that.

You will last hit until you feel like you're not helping with team fights.
(at this point, you should join them...)


Early game harassing:
As you last hit creeps, when appropriate, try to auto attack enemy champion at least once. This will give you a chance to expunge. which will do a lot of damage early point in the game.

When committing to kills, Exhaust the target with the most HP. take out the weaker target, then be prepared to flash into safety.

Against physical enemies, exhaust goes first.

Spray and Pray will only hurt you with its recoil.
With exhaust, you will kill the enemy one on one, without the help of your ultimate.

Ambush - Exhaust - autoattack - Slow - autoattack - Expunge @ 6 stacks.

Against melee champions, it is recommended to kite the champion until they are within range.
Exhaust and debilitating poison will give you massive amounts of free hits.


Be aware of CC.
I usually do not mess with champions with CC abilities.
Which usually will end up with you being dead.


If hell breaks loose, and all goes wrong, slow and flash away.

1. Check for oracle
2. Get behind enemy line
3. Wait until team initiates
4. Ult - slow - expunge
