What you want to do as Yasuo is to early on just hold back, farm, and poke at your enemy with you q when its whirlwind is available. Then when you hit level 6 you will have your ult and be able to more than likely take them down, but if you can't then just keep poking at them. You won't be as powerful earl on until you get your ult and static shiv so you have more crit chance.
