Hey this is a guide a friend of mine told me about. This build is great for SoloTop defensive gameplay. In the early game your damage output is not that great, but if you get much farm (REMEMBER TO LAST HIT WITH PARRRLEY), so you can buy items quickly your damage output will increase huge and because of your life you won't get killed easyli.

Because I play him like always SoloTop with that build and without Health (which he does not have) he would be down quickly, so I take health Quintessences, Armor Penetration Marks, health per level Seals and Magic Resist Glyphs.

I didn't really watch how I skill him but what I do is:

Always skill Cannon Barrage when available
Max Parrrley first (REMEMBER TO LAST HIT WITH THIS)
Max Remove Scurvey second
Max Raise Morale at last

I take:
Flash - PERFECT SPELL FOR ESCAPING
Ignite - If enemies could get away with like Flash or Ghost they'll probably die anyways

What you could also pick:
Ghost - With Remove Scurvey and Ghost you can normally also escape good if the enemies dont
think about it and wait with there slows, stuns, taunts...
Exhaust - So enemies don't get away or in like teamfights you harm the most powerfull player

Just one thing:
When your Ultimate is available and your teammates need it because they may die or they may kill other people then USE IT. Whether it'll save your teammates a** or you get 1 to 5 assists because of your ultimate slowing and hitting enemies.
You don't have to be afraid of using it, since you buy Ionian Boots, and the cooldown isn't big anyways, the ultimate will be refreshed in like no time.
