Annie Passive Ability

Introduction

This is my first build I have decided to attempt to make. With the new patch there have been a few item changed for caster champions. Annie focuses on magic damage from her spells entirely but hits hard.

Runes

Pretty normal caster runes. Flat magic pen marks. Flat ability power seals. Flat cooldown glyphs. For quintessences I took more flat ability power but flat health would also be alright if you are worried about survivability.

Masteries

Pretty standard 9-0-21 caster masteries.

Items

For items I know there are 2 boots there and that is for choice. If you choose the cooldown boots then you can fire spells more often as well as maxing out your cooldown reduction if you manage to get the 20 stacks on soulstealer. Even if you don't max it out the ogre buff can provide some help with that. If you do well with your stacks then buying Rabadon's deathcap earlier is a good idea. If the other team isn't building any magic resist (for whatever reason)
Void staff can we swapped (since the 40% is not worth it) for any other ability power item.

Skill Sequence

I normally only get 1 on shield just so I can get the 5 spell stun faster (if required) and max her damage spells with the AOE as priority while also getting her ult whenever possible.
