Not Much to say except if there is a item you dont like or something and you can play Ziggs really good i would consider getting the "Mejai's SoulStealer"

skill sequence would be IMO a quick e behind them so they get slowed and makes it easier to land your q on them and then mabye if they are fast throw a w to block off the lane so that the champion HAS to take damage

try to land your ulti right on top of them obviously and if your having trouble leading the shot just realize that if you notice ziggs literaly throws the ulti so you have to realize how fast the bomb flies and how close you are to predict a landing on the enemies.

if you barely get him thats what ignite is for to flash in ignite and satchel bomb urself out.

if you are uncomfortable with ignite and/or flash i would suggest clarity because his mana goes out REALLY fast but he has the mana regen to get it back if you are patient enough.
