The target's attack speed is also slowed by half the amount, initially slowed by 17.5% and increasing to 23.5 / 29.5 / 35.5 / 41.5 / 47.5 % over the duration. If the duration of the slow is reduced, the extra slow will be applied faster for it to reach its maximum at the end of the duration.

While Nasus is empowered, he deals 3 / 4 / 5% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health as magic damage to all enemies around him each second, capped at 240, gains 1 / 2 / 3 bonus armor and magic resistance each second, and reduces Siphoning Strike's cooldown by 50%.
