Signature of the week #26
Entry and Info





These are the following rules for this weeks Signature of the week contest.




If these rules are not followed your signature will either be Disqualified or you will be asked to change the specific problem to enter the rules.

If a signature is Questioned to be either pre-made by another person you might be asked for proof of the signatures resources E.g. Stock, render and any other resources used. or the Psd/file format it was created in.

All entries will be anonymous. Due to the fact that people might vote for their friends and not because the artwork itself. Therefore, you have to send me your entry with the Bbcode by PM.

Remember not to write your name in the signature.

When your entries are received, we would revise it and submit it in this thread with a number.


The theme this week will be: Monotone Color Palette
(You would have to make a signature with any monotone color palette you want)




All entries can be changed up until the Closing date so dont think once you have PM your sig that its final

Specifications:

Min. Size: 300x100
Max. Size: 650x250
Animation: Not Allowed.
Text: Don't write your username. Any Additional text related to the theme is allowed.

Please PM me recommendations for a theme we can use for the next Signature of the week.
We may use the Signature of the week winners theme in the next weeks theme.

Btw, if you don't get what a monotone color palette is, here are examples:

And some explanation if u still don't get it:

Monotone Chromatic
A monotone color scheme is just one single hue and its variations in terms of tints, shades and saturation. Using saturation and tint/shade variations of a color is always good. However, in most cases I would advise against using a fully monochromatic scheme, as there is a risk of monotony. Using it with pure white or black can be efficient, though.

Monotone Achromatic
A monotone achromatic color scheme is a special instace of the monotone scheme which consists of only neutral colors ranging from black to white. A scheme like this can beefficient, but it can very easily look boring. Using an acromatic scheme with just one bright color for highlight can be very effectful.
