MobaFire seems to be slow on the uptake atm. Also it could be because you have champions up the top, but no builds, and for a build to be considered a build you have to have all mastery, summoner and runes selected + at least one item + skilling sequence filled out.

Is it in the General section? I think if you shove it there, the builds won't matter (not sure though) and possibly you may have to write 5000 characters, but I assume you've already got that.
Yeah I made it general, the others did not seem appropriate :p There should be another section called "Review" or something :P

Even if the guide you want to make a request for does not feature a champion currently in free champion rotation, you can still request. If I have the time I will look at it, otherwise I will just put it in queue (along with the date you requested) until that champ comes back in the free week rotation.
