I don't think there is one universal page that helps every champion optimally - but here you have runes for every ROLE instead of champion
Top: AD reds, armor yellows, flat mr or mr/lvl blue's and ad quints
Jungle: Attack speed reds, armor yellows, flat mr or mr/lvl blue's and movespeed quints
Mid: Magic pen reds, mana regen yellows, flat mr blue's and ap quints
AD: Same as top
Support: armor reds, armor yellows, flat mr blues and gp10 quints
Anyway, defensive runes help any champion, and so do gp10 stuff.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
