Game 1: Probably the best game I've played in a while. Healbot
Soraka allowed me to survive a lot of early/mid game situations which I normally wouldn't have, and once they realise I was fed it was already too late.Game 2: While initially my team seemed to be doing pretty well 4v4 in this one (
Malphite and I were simply farming in top lane), things turned sour for us pretty fast - and this time, the healbot Soraka was on their team. Once she had Rabadon's Deathcap, I told my teammates to focus her first, but that never actually happened. Game snowballed in their favour extremely fast at this point and I ended up simply dying in teamfights without getting anything done (despite having had a decent laning phase).Game 3: Bot and mid got pretty ahead early on in this game, but the enemy team made a small comeback with their full damage
Irelia jumping on me while Vi - Leona - Twisted Fate locked down other key targets while somehow also managing to give Jinx most of the kills. Luckily, we recovered after a few bad fights and took control of the game again, working on our vision control to ensure we wouldn't get caught anymore. Game was a breeze after that.Game 4: With my support picking
Leona into Janna, I knew we were going to have a tough time locking down Vayne in this one. Luckily, we still managed to kill her a few times with the help of our teammates, and soon destroyed bot tower before roaming mid and - after a good 4v3 teamfight - getting two more towers there.We then rotated once again towards top, but all the while
Vayne was free farming in the bot lane so she recovered from her deaths and became a pretty decent threat, especially considering the fact that the enemy team was able to protect her quite well. Luckily for us, our rotations stayed on point (this game felt more like a team ranked than a solo queue game tbh) and we managed to force a lot of objectives as a team, which gave us such a big lead that the Vayne simply couldn't deal with us on her own.Happy about my play in these games. Reached series! :)
Game 135-137

Not going to go too in depth on these games because I'm too annoyed right now. Game 1 was quite an easy win. After that, I thought: "it must be possible to win one out of my next two games, right?".
What followed instead were two good ol' solo queue classics: first a game with a toxic mid laner who was getting camped and blamed our jungler for it (instead of buying wards; I made sure to check his inventory every time he left the base). After I repeatedly told him to calm down and focus, we made a big comeback, leading all the way up to getting their inhibitor and then barely winning a fight again a few minutes later before pushing for the win. With the nexus being at 30% health (and three of us alive trying to get it while two of them were alive and trying to stop us), their inhibitor respawned. They then aced us, got Baron + fifth Dragon and won the game easily.
Last game was the classic (unnecessary) solo queue throw, we really should've won that one considering the lead we had early on. I also wasn't planning on going mid, but my teammate locked
Gnar despite me having picked Teleport - Flash Kennen.
Game 138-145
Too many games to all describe, but the tl;dr is it reeeeeeeeeeaallly sucks I didn't just win those promos because this division is proving to be a huge struggle for me.
Relatively happy about my own play, apart from the
Ahri game (got forced to mid D:) and the last Thresh one (missed some early hooks, then my ADC commented on it and I let that affect me). 46 LP.
Here's a random stat post because I'm bored.
Interesting to see how I climbed two divisions in platinum by just keeping a 50% win rate. No wonder my LP gains/losses have (almost) evened out now.
