Basically because ALL their cards are good!

Blessing of wisdom always trades up 1 for 1 for only 1 mana.

I don't like secrets but noble sacrifice is fine'ish
(rest of em aren't too garbagey either).

Equality has so much synergy with soo many cards it isn't even funny.

Argent protector is also destructively good just because it's a 1 for 2 card that gives you a 2/2 on the board.

Sword of justice gives you 5 2 mana 2/2 tokens for 1 card

Divine favor is good if you're low on draw in the end of your pick phase or that you're midway with a bazillion low-drops

Aldor peacekeeper just shuts down lategame threats soo hard and trades up with a lot of stuff too

Avenging wrath is an astonishingly versatile form of removal which can be used for finishing mid-health enemies too.

Lay on hands? 3 cards and an extra turn to live, yesplz

Tirion Fordring is one of the better class legendaries needing next to no synergy with anything but's just a value ****ing machine.

There's so much value to take from add to that the fact that the paladin gains extra value from any card that can use 1/1 tokens for anything(see frostwolf, cult master etc.)

His cards are strong and his hero-power is top tier in arena and almost tier 1 in constructed too.

My playstyle and drawstyle is pretty much thinking how can i make value from these cards and always chose the "lower" drop if i think 2 are of equal value to the deck. Also never take any chances unless you'd be ****ed if you didn't take the chance.(not completely disregarding my curve ofc)

You just listed 1 legendary, 3 epics, 2 rares and 2 commons.
Only two of those listed cards can be picked reliably. Still, point noted.

So token synergy is what you're targeting then?
I'm gonna give it a shot when I can.

I doubt it'll be any better than the 9 one cost drops warlock deck I drafted today though. 3 of each Imp and then a Sea Giant to finish it because **** just doesn't die when I have 2-3 Blood Imps on the field. **** was insanely powerful.
Only got to 8wins though, cuz of insanely bad luck twice. That should have been a 12win round :(

My first legendary and the highest I've done in arena so far (6-3) :3 I'm kinda proud because the deck I played was utter **** (Paladin, 1x Blessing of kings, 1x Defender of Argus and 1x Venture-co mercenary were my star cards :/ Not to mention the imbalanced mana curve, I lacked a lot of 3,4,5 drops at the expense of a lot of 2 drops :/ and very very few spell cards.)

Yeah, agreed.
"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.

I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

I just went into "crafting mode" and read through all the cards there and only found blessed champion as a "bad" card, holy wrath isn't "good" either but it's fine as top deck removal.

But if one includes the soulbound cards only humillity, light's justice and hand of protection would be cards that aren't better than most of the general cards.

That's 3 out of 21 pala cards that aren't good cards and only 5 out of the remaining 18 that aren't "really" good cards. No class can even remotely compete with that, there are just too many **** or just meeh class cards in the other ones bunches. And because of the fact that their tokens are mid-top tier in arena.

edit: let's have a look at shamans craftable cards:
Dust devil, ermagerd mega value errytime or well not really every time, or half the time or well almost ever.
Far sight, yeap this card does sooo well in arena, because combo-reliant decks is seriously what you want so cards that enable comboing off of cards is so good.
Ancestral spirit, it's a 1 for 1 card that needs you to have a card on the board, good thing about it is the part where big creeps get healed from "dying"
Al'akir, well he's not "bad" but 3/5 legandaries would definitely be preferable to him.

If you compare it to their pala counterparts you'd be lacking so i conclude by this that you don't need to get "as lucky" to get a good pala deck from arena.
