No. don't buy sheen. It'd be much better to spend that 1200 G and buy something along the lines of a

Just about all the stats Sheen/ Iceborn Gauntlet give are wasted on rango. He doesn't use mana and he scales with ad, making all the stats the sheen gives basically useless. I think that tri would've been good pre-rework rango if you were focused on splitpushing and tower murdering. You'd only get tri now if you're crazy fed or going glass cannon.

Triforce is pretty good on Rengar IMO, but you definitely don't want to be rushing it. Rengar needs the CDR from Brutalizer for ganks and waveclear from Tiamat for splitpushing.
Mobility/Lucidity Boots > Ninja Tabi early game, you'll want to sell them for Lucidity or something else later on though when teamfights start happening.
Lucidity Boots are also a really good choice for Rengar because it lets him get his ult faster for more ganks, and lower CDs mean more stacks of his passive so he can use his empowered abilities more often.
Madred's Razors > Golem. Once you farm ~30 camps, upgrade it to a wriggles for the Flare. Rengar doesn't need to be wasting gold on a jungle item that early on.
Youmuu's > Black Cleaver. There really isn't a way for Rengar to get the stacks onto multiple targets.
Also build a Last Whisper somewhere in there.

Since the change to "Spirit of Ancient Golem" I no longer contain it in my build.
And since Rengar bonus damage from his Savagery does not crit anymore I remove all crit item from his build.
This is what it looks like now, although it is really depend on how the game looks like.

If Play him Jungle.
I replace fast boot with Lucidity in late game, but I think it give you a huge movement speed early on to steal buff and gank since team fight is not really begin in this stage of game.

Being a melee carry, Rengar has to do what he does as fast as possible, he doesn't have time to apply Black Cleaver stacks. Youmuu's gives him stats he needs to kill people faster.
Visage's benefit is pretty useless on Rengar IMO, Scaling CDR + Lucidity + Youmuu's is enough for 40%. Also, to benefit from the healing, Rengar would have to be in a sustained fight, what isn't exactly what a melee carry wants to be in.

I think it is not a very bad idea (isn't it).
