so i know that tryn builds crits, don't get me wrong. however, i did the math, and if you have 2.5 as and a 65% crit chance with 0 rage, within 2 seconds you will be at 100 rage and 100% crit change. so why do people build more crit chance then that? i don't see the use, especially with all the praise being given to his passive by those same people. i've been testing that idea lately, and it seems to make no difference in terms of actual damage, since it takes so little time to stack rage. can sombody please explain?

Caus people are stupid. Most tryn player still think he NEED to be built glass canon in order to do some damage and be useful. With only 1 PD and IE + full rage of course, you have around 94% crit chance. Why get more? 94% is more than reliable. I usually go boots (berzerkers then switch to mercs thread once build is done), PD, IE, Stark Fervor sunfire cape and FoN. What's worst than a fed tryn? A fed tryn that is tanky while hitting like a truck.

+rep me and you'll get good karma, wich means you won't be reincarnated into a rock! Isn't that awesome?

But yes this idea has been discussed more than Pam Anderson's tits in a plastic surgeons office.

Honestly you don't need more than 80%.

*Shrugs*

I generally stop building crit around 50-60% in my items on Tryn. Anything more starts to quickly become wasted efficiency.

Fromerly a melee glass cannon ok, but soon they realised melee we be easily kited/outplayed that way.
Tryn was the only one holding it till until now.

But still...
Glass cannon: You avoid being attacked, you rock.
(Otherwise ranged ADs would be kinda meh)

You still can avoid any tank item on Tryn, its still pretty good mid game.
But late you should "sneak" in teamfights and leave them with at least 2secs ulti duration and heal+cleanse/QS at the ready.

-But a tanky AD offtank build like on any other melee is a bit overboard.(SUNFIRE???)
Atmogs should be enough and if the enemy deals more magical dmg, Hexdrinker or so should do it.
-PD? Dunno, dont rly like it, I guess thx to the MS its alright.
-Overboard crit is ok, a little at least, since you arent always on full rage and you stil need some time to push it over the top, but you shouldnt have that problem except you try to build I.E + 2 PD o0... dont hope so.

Don't get hexdrinker.

If you build atmogg's, buy a QSS and you're way better off.

Merc Tread's are prty sweet too, people should remember they exist.

Hexdrinker was only a suggestion, personally I dont like it that much, that bubble is pretty meh IMO. QS(+S) is okay, dunno if Cleanse+QSS is a bit overboard.

Mercs miss hte early burst, but against casters: def = off.
Still dont like how those are still 90% obligatory on anything tanky/melee.
