People get this to increase there mana so they just Blindly get this mastery. What some people Don't understand is actually how Much mana this gives: 4 Example, Sion has a base mana of 625 at lvl 18. People get this mastery to increase his mana. Ok well lets see how much u actually get(625*0.05=31.25) 31.25?! Wow what a game changer. And u could have spent ur points in say awareness or Greed! There are a Lot of better choices than this Over Used mastery..

very useless.

go with 5% xp.

Nope, you all got it wrong. It gives +5% of BASE mana. Not mana from all sources.
It usually gives about 50mana at level 18.

The single most useless mastery.

This mastery is extremely overused. It really isn't that good and the 5% xp is WAY better.

It adds the stated percentage of your maximum mana (from all sources) to your mana pool. Konoa got it right.

I believe that he it increases your max mana without stacking on itself
For example, if you have 1000 max mana, you would have (1000*0.05)=1050 max mana

How does this work? From the way it reads it seems to be based off the mana given by runes. or does it take the mana you have and multiply it by that amount? I have no mana runes and can't tell a difference in the mana pools of various characters I play with or without this.
