  How strong would Teemo be if he had Moonsilver Blade as his passive?

  I haven't been able to play lol since he came out but I've been reading Mobafire Guides and info about him. so you people who've seen him in game, Do you think he can be a good jungler? I think he can do some nice Ganks with his combo but again I haven't seen him my self so I can't tell.

  why do you people play Fizz without 40% CDR?

I recently started playing [[Fizz]] after a lot of mage playing and I'm doing pretty good with the Fish :D. but the point is I read a lot of Guides about him here in mobafire but none of them had 40% CDR and I just can't play him without 40% CDR and [[Seraph's Embrace]] so I wonder how do you guys play him if you don't just jump on your opponents and back???   Is Armor penetration on Volibear a viable option?

  Somebody said that armor penetration on [[volibear]] would be a good idea. When I looked at it some of his spells are physcial [[frenzy]] and [[rolling thunder]], but he doesn't deal a lot of damage with his auto-attacks nor do any of his spells scale with Attack damage. Is it viable to put them on him?
