Jungler's or some champions, that are well skaling with AS. I prefer this on Twitch, because ultimate, Xin Zhao to effective use Three Talon Strike, Olaf to clear jungle very fast, Nocturne, because passive cooldown.

Mostly junglers use attack speed rune pages. Very few other roles can effectively use them.
